Primary
Young minds adopt what we teach them. And they follow and learn as taught. Thus our Schools curriculum is designed in such a way to see that the students are excellent at studies as well as outside the class room.
The education programme includes activities and experiences for the realisation of these goals. Idea :
The Primary Education programme is that respect of all rights is necessary to assure the harmonise score of the child.
Planning the Curriculum for the development of the whole child :
In this regard it has kept in mind the main characteristics of the primary stage of a child.
No child is same. Each child is unique.
Children learn through concrete objects.
Children need encouragement to develop at their own pace.
All children want a close sensitive and loving relationship with the adult who cares for them.
Keeping in view these points S.C.T.S.’s main tendency towards the primary education is to use the term ECCE in preference in primary education. i.e. Early Childhood Care and Education is a child centered programme with a focus on the holistic development of the child. It aims at providing a programme based on a stimulating play environment for cognitive, intellectual, emotional, physical development.
The curriculum and frame work design in such a way to facilitate the development of forces that are stimulating the teacher. The programme is design that the knowledge and skills develop among the students to ensure a smooth transition from primary to secondary level.
