The role of academics in an individual’s life is common knowledge. This has led to mushrooming of schools – The three R’s – Reading, Writing and Arithmetic are taken care of by the curriculum. But just academics would drive a student to be good in the subject, but draw a zilch in social interaction.
A complete child is one who can prove himself beyond academics; has the competitive edge over others; knows what winning and losing is all about- in short; and is ready to face the challenges of life. This is where co-curricular activities come into prominence. Personality development through interactions with different people enhances their understanding on many aspects of life which is not part of the curriculum.

While some Schools dedicate many student hours to imparting education, other schools allot equal number of hours to co-curricular activities. There is an acute need to balance both in such a way that the outcome is a win-win situation all the way, and this is exactly what Sri Chaitanya Techno School is all about. Being the right mentor not only to academics, but also to life! We believe it is possible to achieve academic excellence with the support of the co-curricular.

Co-curricular activities form the core of students' life in Sri Chaitanya Techno School since it helps to develop the all-round personality of the students to face daunting tasks and challenges of the future. The aim of curricular activities is to make the students fit for the future time and to develop a sense of competitive spirit, co-operation, leadership, diligence, punctuality, team-spirit as well as to provide a backdrop for the development of their creative talents. Therefore all the students have been divided into four houses viz Sneha,, Sowmya, Sahiti &Satya. A plethora of activities like singing, dancing, throw-ball, Shuttle, Badminton, Debates, Elocution, Yoga are conducted in-house. Apart from these activities we also have soft skills training for the students where they are trained on Etiquette, Communication Skills, Leadership, Assertive Behavior, Diction, Group Discussion, Presentation Skills and many more. This program is unique only to Sri Chaitanya - the pioneers in this field.
